This section contains an online version of the response form, which enabled people to record their views via the project website. Please note that the consultation is now closed and the online response form is no longer active.

This response form has been divided into four parts:

• Part A is for recording information about you.
• Part B is for recording comments about whether the proposed designations should go ahead.
• Part C is for recording more detailed comments about the proposed designation areas. This includes comments about how well they meet the designation criteria, and comments on the proposed boundaries.
• Part D is for commenting on the method we have used to assess the proposed areas for designation.

Please feel free to complete as many or as few parts of the response form as you wish.
